In these terms, “Easy Peasy Books,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Easy Peasy Books LLC. “You” and “your” refer to the website visitor, client, customer, or program participant.

The information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website’s operation, gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, or use its content in a way that infringes upon our rights or the rights of others.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of this website at any time without notice.

 

Services, Programs, and Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe our services, programs, workshops, and products accurately. Specific details, deliverables, schedules, pricing, and policies may vary by offering.

Additional terms may be provided through a sales page, proposal, client agreement, order form, payment page, or program description. When additional terms are provided for a particular purchase, those terms become part of your agreement with Easy Peasy Books.

If there is a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the terms provided for a specific service or product, the specific terms will apply.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue an offering, decline a purchase, or refuse service when reasonably necessary.

 

Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

 

Cancellations, Refunds, and Credits

Refund and cancellation policies may vary depending on the service, program, workshop, or product purchased. The policy that applies to your purchase will be provided on the applicable sales page, checkout page, proposal, order form, or client agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Payments for services already performed are nonrefundable.
• Payments made in advance of services are nonrefundable, but may be credited towards a different product/service.
• Digital products and downloadable materials are nonrefundable once they have been delivered or accessed.
• Missed appointments and late cancellations may be nonrefundable.
• Registration fees for workshops, programs, or group experiences may become nonrefundable after a stated cancellation deadline or after the offering begins.
• Choosing not to participate, attend, or complete an offering does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
• Subscription Information: Author in Progress Coaching is an automatically renewing subscription. Your selected plan will renew monthly or quarterly until canceled. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. You’ll continue to receive coaching through the end of your current billing period.

Any credit, transfer, or exception must be approved by Easy Peasy Books in writing. Credits have no cash value and may be subject to an expiration date.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

 

Scheduling and Rescheduling

Appointments and meetings must be scheduled according to the instructions provided for the applicable service.

If you need to reschedule an individual appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. The rescheduling and cancellation policy provided with your booking or service agreement will apply.

Easy Peasy Books may occasionally need to reschedule a session, workshop, or program meeting because of illness, technology problems, emergencies, or other circumstances. When this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and offer an appropriate alternative.
